We love our chocolates and want you to love them too! We happily refund any order that is placed in error (before it ships), is billed incorrectly or is negatively impacted by our business processes (i.e. we ship the wrong product).
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to accept returns and are thus unable to refund any order that has been shipped. If your package arrived in a damaged condition, please document the damage and contact us as soon as possible. We will promptly replace any order damaged in shipping.
